Just a (s)econd Have you ever wondered how long is a (s)econd? When it comes to counting and measuring, it is not just the reduction of observation in number, it requires a translation of language. Referencing from the mechanism of an Atomic Clock, second, the basic unit of time, is reinterpreted and annotated in playful ways on day-to-day level. They challenge how the conversions of unit, subdivision and substitution, shape our conventional notion and conception of second in terms of different units as a communication language, and to push against the cognitive structure of daily matters, as well as the ambient environment at DAE.
Afterwards, one shall not experience a (s)econd in the same old way anymore.
